The Balearic ministry for health reported 551 cases of Covid across the islands in the last 24 hours. On Sunday there were 715 cases.
But there is concern over the number of people in hospital with Covid which is continuing to rise, including the numbers in intensive care.
The Balearic government have been forced to introduce new restrictions to try and curb the number of cases.
