The Balearic government is set to allow bars and restaurants to open for lunch and dinner on their terraces but interiors will remain closed.
New plans unveiled this morning could mean that bars and restauirants would close at 5p.m. but then re-open again at 7p.m. for dinner , closing at 9.30p.m.
