Filming is taking place in Palma at the moment of an episode of the hugely successful TV series, Masterchef. It is the Spanish version of the cookery programme which is shown at prime time on TVE1.
The backdrop for filming was Palma Cathedral. There was a buzz of activity around the Parc de la Mar with scores of people and vehicles.
Masterchef has enjoyed great success on Spanish TV.
