Balearic doctors are calling for a 15 day lockdown across the islands as local hospitals are starting to struggle with the surge in the number of cases.
Medical experts said that only a complete lockdown will reduce the number of cases across the Balearics. Health officials announced on Tuesday that 11 people had died from coronavirus in the last 24 hours. At least 100 people are in intensive care units.
